We value the importance of both day trips and residential visits as a means of supporting and enriching the curriculum for our children.
Our programme includes a residential trip for Year 5/6 pupils once every two years. We also offer a residential trip for our Year 3 and 4 pupils. Our Infant and Foundation Stage children enjoy day trips.
At other times of the year there are visits, to theatres and museums for example, to tie in with various curriculum studies. We welcome visitors to the school to add an extra dimension to our studies.
To enable us to provide these trips and visits we ask for voluntary contributions to cover transport, entrance fees, additional insurance etc. Any parents who anticipate difficulty in making these voluntary contributions should discuss the matter with the Headteacher. These matters are always treated as confidential.
